A 30-day money-back guarantee, measured from your first monthly release.
If Admission Yogi isn't right for your family, email us within 30 days of your first monthly release and we will refund your subscription in full. No forms and no questions.
The window runs from the release of your first monthly module — not from the day you paid.
This matters if you join before a release. Members who purchase ahead of the first module get the full 30 days from the moment that module lands, so nobody spends their evaluation window waiting for content to arrive.
Email admissionyogisupport@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a reason.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, which is typically five to ten business days.
Subscriptions are sold as a full year and are not pro-rated after the guarantee window closes.
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your account settings, so you are never charged for a second year you didn't intend to buy. Turning off renewal does not end your current year — your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
One-to-one sessions are bought individually and are not part of a subscription, so the 30-day guarantee above does not apply to them. They have their own terms, below.
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, using the link in your confirmation email. Your session stays credited to you and you can pick a new time whenever suits.
Inside 24 hours, or if nobody joins, the session is treated as delivered — the time was held and could not be offered to anyone else.
Haven't booked yet? Your session is credited from the moment you pay and does not expire. If you closed the tab before choosing a time, the booking link is waiting on your dashboard.
If we cancel or reschedule for any reason, you get the choice of a new time or a full refund.
